Leistbar 24 supports policyholders
Leistbar24 is run by Isabel and Jonas Stabenow. Together, they work every day to help people assert their claims from disability insurance. The administrative effort, due to the multitude of required documents, is substantial, and the personal support for clients requires a lot of assistance given their particular life situation.
We were able to assist by jointly analyzing the process and determining how a digital tool could add value. The Pinetco team supported the project from conception to the app's release in the stores. The team comprised project managers, designers, frontend and backend developers, and the QA team.

Initial Situation
Documents were previously transmitted through various channels, often requiring guidance for clients on the specific documents needed. When making a claim for disability insurance, this process could quickly become burdensome.
Therefore, Pinetco was commissioned to develop an app for clients and an admin panel for user and document management. The Leistbar24 app aimed to streamline the process by simplifying the work of Isabel and Jonas and reducing user-side errors. The admin panel allows for the creation of new users with a few clicks, sending an automatic welcome email, and selecting the required documents that clients should upload.
Isabel and Jonas can now create documents for upload themselves and add meaningful descriptions. The user interface of the app is designed to guide users self-explanatorily through the document upload process. Users receive helpful tips and push notifications when documents need to be re-uploaded or when they have progressed to the next phase of the claim enforcement process after the claim assessment.
