ISM launches with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub Enterprise

The state-recognized, private university "International School of Management ISM" plans to use HubSpot as a CRM and marketing hub by Q3 2022 and has inquired with us regarding professional support. 

One focus was placed on the topic of data import in order to structure and merge the contact information from various ISM sources. Not only the current import, but also the future exchange with the university management software "academyFIVE" (AC5) should be taken into account.

The aim of the collaboration was also to train employees from marketing and sales so that they can use HubSpot independently in the future and thus automate their processes.

The initial situation

HubSpot was already being used by the "ISM Distance Learning" team before the start of the project. The ISM Presence team will now share a modern HubSpot instance with ISM Distance Learning to support marketing and sales through automation. ISM Fernstudium will continue to use the familiar instance. One challenge was to identify which data is currently available, which data should be exchanged between the two divisions and how the interface to AC5 will work in the future.
